Subliminal messaging protocol in use on the channel whereby short and concise instructions are broadcast to all present channel members using CTCP commands. Examples include "KILL_BURT" and "MAME_HUMANS". This protocol, while limited in its messaging capacity, enjoys a direct connection to the inner brain of all channel members, thus encouraging them to subliminally implement the instructions without them even knowing it.
