A chronic conditon, akin to the need to buy fast cars and parts of surrey. This manifests itself by totally spurious dictionary entrys, often about jokes so old that the crust needs to be knocked off. A prime example of this is Gulp who is so bored disinfecting computer keyboards and washing mouse balls that he enters weak submissions about 'Chicken Os'.
