Syndrome, Dual Nationality

An afflication that makes it difficult for sufferers to make up their mind over what nationality they are. Some days they will be from one country, and some days they will be from another. Extreme cases involve third and even fourth nationalities. Basically, they assume the nationality that suits them best at the time, for example if Wales are winning at rugby, they'll be Welsh, but if England are winning they'll suddenly become English. Common countries in the general pool include England, Wales, Scotland, Italy, South Africa, Canada, USA and Australia. Nobody ever claims to be French, though.
