A syndrome related to acute laziness, causing people to ask questions such as "what's that?" when a URL is pasted in the channel. Sufferers are rendered completely unable to go to the website concerned themselves, and instead expect people on channel to provide them with information held on the website, detailed to degree specified by them. The condition is sometimes suffered by arrogant Netscape users who think they have a right to have their shitty browser fully supported by all websites in the world.
