Not a syndrome in its own right, but a modifier applicable most other syndromes to indicate that a person's suffering of the syndrome is somewhat intermittent. For example, one who suffers from Lethargic Web Browsing Syndrome will demand highlights of a web page of which the URL was pasted to the channel, rather than them going to the website themselves; but are quite happy to paste URLs to the channel and expect people to find the bit they are referring to without them having to likewise provide their own highlights.
