Syndrome, Unnecessary Excessive Question
The sufferer(s) of this affliction have the unique ability to disregard or screen out a high proportion of information said to them either directly or indirectly whilst they are present on channel. Additionally, the subject is often blissfully unaware of the most blatant and obvious current affairs either international, national or local.
At this point the most devastating symptom of the affliction kicks in, the subject, their brain mostly sponge-like in substance, proceeds to fire a multitude of easily answerable and obvious questions at their fellow channel members. It has been calculated at a 99% probability that said questions will prove to be most annoying or irritating to other channel members who have been discussing the relevent topic only minutes previously.
Only the most hardened channel members refrain from answering these pointless queries. Those that do find themselves trapped in an ever growing whirlpool of question/answer/question/answer and so forth. In many ways this syndrome can be likened to Technical Support Syndrome. However, the symptoms described here are subtely different enough to warrant their own syndrome entity.
