This is the evolved form of Linux Kiddie Syndrome, where the sufferer becomes a little more skilled and confident with their Linux box and starts to do more advanced system administration tasks. After the disease has evolved, the sufferer starts to feel a compulsion to describe in intricate detail to the channel everything they are doing on their Unix system. They are nearly always completely unaware that nobody really gives a fuck and, indeed, most people have done these run-of-the-mill system tasks many times before and they actually aren't impressing anyone.
