Welsh

  1. A Celtic Language spoken in Wales and some remote barren country in South America consisting mainly of sheep. Welsh claims to have more vowels than english, but appears to be made up mostly of consonants and phlegm. Welsh is spoken all over Wales, mostly in small local shops or pubs when someone suspected of being English enters, or on blogs subject to weekly redesigns.
  2. The nationality status you may claim if you were born in Wales (note: this does not include being born in the English Midlands, living in Wales, or having a half-Welsh cousin of a next door neighbours milkman's bit on the side, unless you're a tennis player).
